What data we process
The data you provide when you write or call: your name, contact details, the content of your enquiry and any documents you choose to send.
When you visit the website, the hosting provider records technical data: the IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested and the browser type. The website does not use cookies and contains no analytics tools, advertising or third-party content.
Purposes and legal bases
- replying to your enquiry, preparing a quote or a contract at your request and performing the contract: Article 6(1)(b) of Law No. 195/2024;
- compliance with legal obligations, for example in accounting and tax matters: Article 6(1)(c);
- website security and the defence of our rights in administrative or judicial proceedings, as a legitimate interest: Article 6(1)(f).
Who we share data with
- the specialist from Casa Justiției or from our network who can help you; they process the data as a separate controller, under the rules of their profession, including those on professional secrecy;
- the Casa Justiției Public Association (IDNO 1020620005624), if your enquiry concerns its projects;
- the website and email hosting provider, located in the Republic of Moldova or in the European Economic Area;
- public authorities, only where required by law.
How long we keep data
- enquiries not followed by a contract: no more than 12 months from the last contact;
- contract data: for the duration of the contract and then for the periods required by accounting, tax and archiving legislation, or until the limitation period expires, whichever is longer;
- technical server logs: no more than 30 days, except for those needed to investigate a security incident.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing (Articles 15-21 of Law No. 195/2024). Requests can be sent to office@casajustitiei.md or submitted at our office. You can lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection and you can apply to the courts.
Providing your data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply to you. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling. Please do not send information about your health, criminal convictions or other sensitive data by email before speaking to the specialist.
